Every order is packed fresh and shipped Australia-wide with Australia Post from our Victorian kitchen.

• Free shipping on orders over $135 — fill your box and shipping's on us.
• Flat-rate shipping under $135: $12.00 for satchel orders (up to about 4 packs) and $16.80 for box orders — simple, Australia-wide.
• You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships — the easiest way to follow your delivery is the Australia Post app.

Damaged in transit?

Every pack is securely wrapped before it leaves us, so damage is rare. If something in your order does arrive damaged, send us a message or call 1800 817 970 with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement — no fuss.
