Amazing! The pudding is very light and moist, no one would guess that it was gluten free. Easy to make and even easier to eat. I love the fact that it can be customised, next time round I'll be trying lemon, but this time we had the lovely vanilla with custard and a touch of orange liqueur. Heaven. Thank you once again for such wonderful treats.
